About Kylie le Cheminant

Passion for the local community was a driving force behind Kylie’s desire to become a real estate professional. By helping locals to successfully buy and sell homes she knows she is having a really positive impact on their lives and by proxy the communities in which they live.
Kylie comes to her role in real estate from a successful corporate career in sales. This saw Kylie in a multitude of positions gaining a full understanding of the entire spectrum of sales including showroom assistant, customer service, account management, key account management, managing sales teams and devising local strategy for global businesses. This is of course incredibly valuable to her real estate clients who benefit from her considerable sales expertise getting great results when selling their homes.
Honesty and integrity are important to Kylie and she focuses on nurturing open, transparent relationships with her clients.  She believes that listening is the key to success. Kylie loves being part of the exciting journey her vendors and buyers take when completing real estate transactions. She aims to make the journey as stress-free and enjoyable as possible always giving her clients 100% to make their dreams become reality.
As mum to two boys Kylie is kept busy outside of work with family activities. She loves walking on the beach with her dog Hector or heading out on the family boat on day trips to places like Kawau Island, Waiheke Island and other places around the Gulf. Other favourite pastimes include yoga, cooking and entertaining and working with community on local events.
Kylie specialises in Red Beach on the Hibiscus Coast, which offers a blend of homes including executive, family and those perfect for first homebuyers. Kylie is passionate about generating outstanding results for buyers and vendors alike.
